Because delivery conditions depend on many individual factors, we will communicate the exact terms when preparing your quote. In general, we deliver throughout Germany. Every 10 working days we run a nationwide tour on which our staff deliver medical aids, carry out hands-on instruction, perform service calls, or collect returned devices.
In exceptional cases, medical aids can also be shipped by freight carrier. For this, proof of a prior hands-on instruction by a specialist retailer is required. Specific delivery prices are listed in your individual quote and are calculated based on the type of medical aid, the distance from Dortmund, and the scope of on-site service.
